Matt 3:13-17 (JST Matt 3:41-46); Mark 1:9-11 (JST Mark 1:7-9); Luke 3:21-22 (JST Luke 3:28-29); John 1:29-34 (JST John 1:29-34)

The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
And John bare record of him unto the people, saying, This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.
And I knew him and that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water.
Then cometh Jesus from Nazareth of Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.
But John refused him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?
And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer me to be baptized of thee, for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
And John went down into the water and baptized him. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and praying and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and John saw the Spirit of God descending in a bodily shape like a dove, and lighting upon Jesus:
And lo he heard a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear ye him.
And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him.
And I knew him for he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God. These things were done in Bethabara, beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.
